I want to give a special thank-you to Mandy, who is always so sweet, kind, and helpful. She takes care of insurance authorizations and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. She is always willing to help, answer questions, and make the process easier. Mandy is truly wonderful and a great asset to the office. I also want to recognize the office manager, Jyoti, who is absolutely awesome. She is caring, professional, and always makes you feel welcomed and valued. Both Mandy and Jyoti are amazing, and their kindness and dedication make such a positive difference. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing both Dr. Viviano and Dr. Mickiewicz at this office. If you are a medical mystery, they are willing to work with and help troubleshoot with you. My experience here surpassed my expectations and the continuing care is the best part. They won’t discard you if something is not working. They will continue to work with you. A lower splint worked well for me vs an upper and Dr. Viviano helped develop a custom plan that works well for me. Thank you!

After seeing my dentist and primary care doctor for jaw pain, I was referred to this office, and I'm so glad I came. After a few months of treatment, I am happy to say that I am pain-free!!!! My treatment plan was comprehensive, and the doctor took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. The assistants are very knowledgeable and pay attention to everything. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
